Synthflow.ai is an AI Voice Agent platform based in Berlin, Germany. Their “Flow Builder” interface allows you to design the flow of the calls and see prompts associated with each step.
The “Knowledge Base” section is where you train your AI. You can include PDFs, web content or Zendesk help center information.
The “Actions” you can currently enact are ‘Real-Time Booking’ to allow the AI agent to book a meeting, ‘Warm Transfer’ to transfer a call directly to a human and ‘IVR’ which allows the caller use a keypress to respond. They also have the ability to create custom actions using APIs.
The Pro Plan includes 2,000 minutes a month and up to 25 concurrent calls with a cost of $375 per month.
The Starter Plan has a limit of 50 minutes and a limit of 5 concurrent calls with a cost of $29 per month
In June 2025, Synthflow AI announced that they raised a Series A round of $20M led by Accel. Previously they raised a seed round of $10M.
